I must be on a roll with easy AND delicious little sweet endings.  This one really is an easy, delicious, tasty little way to eat your fruit.
When you serve this everyone will try to guess what’s in it.  Do yourself a favor and just print up a bunch of recipes to give out because your friends will ask you for it anyway.

Come with me, let me show you just how easy this little treat is to make.
I know, who would have guessed it.  Cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla.  I LOVE easy.
Here’s the real secret.  Little pieces of toffee bits.  Just be sure to stir these in right before you are ready to serve your dip.  Otherwise they kind of melt into the cream cheese mixture.
You can find these toffee bits in your baking aisle.
I served this dip with strawberries at my last event; however, I think that any apple variety would be the best to serve this delicious fruit dip with.
Enjoy the ease of entertaining with this winning fruit dip.  Sure to please your littlest of guests and your most “mature” palates!

Fruit Dip

This caramel like dip will be the center of attention at your next gathering!
8-ounces of plain cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup SKOR toffee bits (these can be found in the baking aisle-toffee only, NOT the ones coated in chocolate)

Green apples, such as Granny Smith (about 4 large, cut and sliced)
Fruit Fresh (helps the apples from turning brown) or squeeze lemon over the apples
Mix cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla together.  Right before serving add the toffee bits.  Serve in a bowl surrounded by the cut green apples or your favorite fruit.  Happy dipping!
Fruit Fresh can be found in the canning aisle of your local grocers.
