Paneer Tikka is usually eaten as an appetizer.. Todays Paneer Tikka recipe is from one of my friends, Aastha . For the recipe here you go.
Ingredients:

For marinating the paneer :

 500 gm paneer (nicely cut into rectangle pieces)
1 small cup curd
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

For making the sticks :

 2 big onions
2 big tomatoes
2 capsicums
mushrooms
tooth pick (big in size)


Preparation :

* Beat curd till it becomes smooth.
* Add ginger-garlic paste,turmeric,chat masala powder,garam masala powder,salt,red chilly powder to it.
* Mix corn flour to the curd & then put the paneer cubes in the bowl.
* Spread 1 tbsp oil & lemon juice to the paneer & stir it nicely.Make sure that while mixing paneer cubes does not break into pieces.
* Keep aside the prepared batter for about 1 1/2 hour.
* Till the paneer is getting marinated let us chop the onions,tomatoes,capsicums & mushrooms into evenly cut big pieces & spread salt,red chilly powder & chat masala to it.

After some time :

 * Slide a ring of onion in a toothpick followed by a slice of tomato then capsicum & mushroom.
* Then slide a piece of paneer to it & pack it again by slicing onion,tomato,capsicum & mushroom.

Pre heat the oven @ 200 degrees for about 7-8 mins.
Take an oven safe tray & place the sticks on it & grill it @ 200 degrees for about 15 mins in an oven.

To cook the same in microwave,after setting the paneer sticks on tray grill it for about 8 mins.The paneer tikka is now ready to eat.
To enhance the taste eat it with mint chutney.
